Build a One-Page Website From a Single Prompt

You don't need a designer, a developer, or a six-week wait to get a simple page online anymore. Here's how to describe what you need in plain English and have AI build and publish it.

What this is good for

The tools (pick one)

Start with whichever you already pay for. You don't need all three.

The prompt (fill in the brackets)

Build me a clean, mobile-friendly one-page website for [what it's for].
Sections I want, in order: [e.g. headline, what it is, who it's for, a sign-up button, an FAQ, contact].
The main action I want visitors to take is [book a spot / join the waitlist / contact me].
Tone: [warm and simple / professional / playful]. Colors: [your brand colors, or "calm and modern"].
Keep the copy short and easy to read. Ask me anything you need before you build.

Publish it

  1. Let it build the page, then read it back and ask for tweaks ("make the headline clearer," "add a section about pricing").
  2. Use the tool's publish / share option to get a live link.
  3. Put that link in your bio, your emails, wherever you need it.

Tips

(Publish steps vary a little by tool and change over time, if you get stuck on the "make it live" step, tell the AI which tool you're using and ask it to walk you through publishing.)

This week: build the page for the thing you've been putting off. Done and slightly imperfect beats "one day."
